Luke Smithers Psychotherapy

Therapy can be a place to slow down, listen inward, and feel less alone with what you’re carrying. I work with people who are seeking depth, authenticity, and a more connected relationship with themselves and others.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-reflective, yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. They may have spent years adapting, holding themselves together, or trying to understand themselves cognitively and are now longing for something more embodied, relational, and alive.

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for to begin—only that something in you is asking for attention.
